01Booking

Booking — From Enquiry to Scheduled Shoot

Every listing starts with a booking. Call +61 424 605 130, email hello@jsvisuals.com.au or send the contact form — whichever suits you.

  • Tell us the property address, the shoot or package you’re after, and your deadline.
  • We confirm the time and let you know what to have ready on the day.
  • From that point the listing is in the studio’s workflow — the shoot, the edit and the delivery are all planned around it.

One enquiry, one team, one plan for the property. Nothing is re-entered, re-briefed or lost between steps.

02Photography

Property photography — clean, bright, true to life

Our photographers capture professionally edited HDR interior and exterior photos — the clean, bright, true-to-life images that help properties stand out and sell faster.

Choose the Standard Shoot for a full set of professionally edited HDR photos, or the Premium Shoot for a larger set that also captures your home in the soft glow of dusk for a stunning visual effect.

03Twilight

Twilight Photography — The Soft Glow of Dusk

Twilight photography captures your home in the soft glow of dusk for a stunning visual effect — warm windows, a deep sky and an exterior that stops the scroll.

It is part of the Premium Shoot and included in the Premium House Package.

04Drone

Drone photography & markups — the property in context

Drone photography captures aerial views of the property and the surrounding area, subject to aviation regulations. Buyers see the block, the street and the setting in a single frame.

Drone markups add area highlighting and location markers to showcase nearby amenities and points of interest — so the location sells alongside the home.

05Editing

Editing — every frame, professionally finished

Every service in the studio is listed on our Services page — the edit is where they come together.

Once the shoot wraps, the files go to our editors. Every image is professionally finished as an HDR photo — balanced light across windows and rooms, true-to-life colour and straight verticals — for a clean, bright result.

06Floor Plans

Floor & Site Plans — The Layout Buyers Ask For

Buyers want to know how the rooms connect. Our floor and site plans give them the layout alongside the photography.

  • 2D Floor Plan — the layout, measured and drawn
  • 3D Floor Plan — the layout, modelled and furnished
  • Floorplan + Siteplan — the floor plan and the site plan together

A detailed floor plan is included in both the Premium Apartment Package and the Premium House Package.

07Staging & 3D

Virtual Staging, 3D Rendering & Virtual Tours

Empty rooms are hard to picture yourself living in. Virtual staging adds digital furniture to empty rooms, so a vacant listing photographs as a home. For buyers who want to walk the property before they visit, the studio also produces 3D renderings and 3D virtual tours.
